Since Covid-19 happened. From 2021 Trendolla Jewelry is strictly an online retailer. In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have online business.

The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 1-2 working days, while engraved or custom orders may take up to 7-15 working days.

Trendolla Jewelry has warehouses in USA, Hong Kong and China. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.

We have warehouse in the United States / Hong Kong / China / Germany, and some packages will be sent through Amazon.

We offer free shipping to most countries in the world. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.
Please allow up to 5-14 business hours to process your order.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days once your order has been processed. We do not ship to P.O. Box.

Please note we do not fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item and will only be fulfilled once the item is back in stock.

Please note that each fridge return will incur a $10 restocking fee and the shipping fees on any returns are
non-refundable and both items will be deducted from the total.
In order for us to process your return, your items must be unused,
must contain all accessories and all original packaging must be shipped in its original condition.

To request a return, or if you otherwise require assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department. After we receive the returned order, our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed.

Submit a ticket with picture(s) of the wrong/damaged/defective item as well as your order NO. so that we can solve your problem as soon as possible.

1.Personalized items with “engravings”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
2.Special order items such as those with custom sizes and colors are not refundable.
3.Items that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4.Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver. Silver is a precious metal, like gold and platinum. 100% water neutral. 100% carbon neutral. Trendolla jewelry uses a premium anti-tarnish sterling silver for all silver products. Sterling silver jewelry is stamped with 925 to indicate the metal type.

When you choose a ring on Trendolla Jewelry, you will see an image of your item. This image is intended to give you an idea as to what your item will look like. Though we do our best to provide an accurate representation of the actual item, there may be some differences (e.g. with respect to stone colors and size). Please ensure to review the item details which outline stone shapes and sizes.

We can make customized item for change color, size, stone's color and size. If you have other question, please contact our customer service and provide your request details. Our agents will respond you as soon as possible.

All the Trendolla jewelry Are Limited Warranty covers your product against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought them, provided that the product is used in a home environment. Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, failures due to abuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a price guarantee on our orders.
This means we cannot provide a partial refund if your item goes on sale after you’ve purchased it.

We provide all orders to our shipping warehouse within 8 Hours,
If you need to cancel or edit your order, please email support@trendollajewelry.com as soon as possible. After this time, no changes can be made.

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.
Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.
Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
